Silentflex metal cushion damper is formed by an untreated stainless steel wire, uniformly distributed and strongly pressed in order to achieve a geometric shape and dimensions required by the customer, providing high performance in vibration damping
Our metallic cushion mounts are available in more than 950 standard references and up to 2000 special ones. We are able to cover a wide range of vibration damping with our metal anti-vibration cushions, both in industry and in transport
The main characteristics of Silentflex® metal cushions are: Reasonable price, adaptability to customer needs and ease of assembly Static stiffness: constant natural frequency for a very wide range of loads Resistance to aggressive substances: fats, oils, water, etc. Natural frequency: 12 - 25 Hz according to reference Withstand extreme temperatures: - 70 ºC to + 300 ºC
