Years of work with leading partners, years of our own research and a laboratory of our own led to Silentflex®: a wide catalogue built around all-metal isolators, the field we know best. When an application is less demanding, we also offer rubber-metal solutions. The line at the bottom of the screen settles as the story goes on.
1989, Foundation
Years alongside leading brands
Tejasa TC was founded in Bilbao in 1989 and worked for years with leading anti-vibration brands such as Continental, Paulstra and Vibrachoc.
That work taught us, application by application, where standard mounts were not enough.
1992, First design
Our first all-metal mount
Rubber has its limits: heat, oil, cold and shock wear it out. In 1992 we designed our first all-metal mounts for exactly those places, to replace the rubber ones.
2008, Patent
A floating floor, patented
Some problems are bigger than one machine. Our floating slab isolates whole floors and machine foundations. We guarantee that it reduces noise and vibration; if it does not, we refund the money.

2011, Our own brand
Silentflex®, our own brand
In 2011 we set up our own R&D and our own production, and registered the Silentflex® trademark for metal vibration isolators in the EU, the USA and China.
Having our own laboratory means we design, test and patent each product line ourselves.

2018, Tested
Two server racks on a shaking table
An accredited laboratory put two Silentflex plinths carrying two full server racks, 1,700 kg in total, through the Telcordia GR-63-CORE Zone 4 earthquake test. They qualified.
That same year we filed the patent for our flexible bush.

2022, Reach
A patent in Eurasia
The flexible bush became our first product patented in Eurasia.

In Astillero we design and make rubber-metal and all-metal mounts, both standard and made to measure. We work under ISO 9001 and give a two-year warranty on everything we make.
