Browser storage
The site stores a few items in your own browser (local storage), never sent to us: your quote draft, recent searches and your privacy choices. See the cookie policy.
Who receives your data
- Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under a data processing agreement: IONOS (web hosting and email) and Resend (form delivery).
- Google (YouTube), only if you play a test video: the player then loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and Google receives your IP address and browser data as an independent controller.
- Our distributors in your country only if you ask us to put you in touch with them.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the EEA; in that case we rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to silentflex@silentflex.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
Notice for US residents (CCPA/CPRA and other state laws)
This section applies to residents of California and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others).
- Categories collected (last 12 months): identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (company, role) and the commercial information you give us about your equipment. Sources: directly from you. Purpose: answering requests and quotes.
- Sale or sharing: we have not sold or shared personal information and we have no actual knowledge of processing data of consumers under 16.
- Sensitive personal information: not collected.
- Your rights: to know/access, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. You can use our Your Privacy Choices page or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
- Global Privacy Control: we automatically treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request.
- Verification: we verify requests by matching the email address you used with us. You may appeal a decision by replying to our answer; if we deny the appeal, you can contact your state’s Attorney General.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, and providers bound by confidentiality.
