Description
The telescopic pipe spring hanger is a 100% metal damper, which is designed not only to securely fix the pipe but also to dampen vibrations, absorb sudden pipe movements and compensate for pipe expansions due to high temperatures.
Inside the metal casing, there is a spring and a shock absorber (resilient element) made of pressed stainless steel wire to provide a flexible connection between the pipe and the fixing. There are special elements at the ends of the cylindrical body to allow the structure to pivot, increasing the operating range.
The all-metal pipe vibration isolator is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, corrosive environments and exposure to aggressive fluids without losing its damping properties.
They are used for the vibration isolation of suspended hot pipes where high temperatures cause them to expand, resulting in significant displacement, or where internal pressure provokes sudden movements that shake the entire fixing structure.
